As a character villa in a heritage-overlay area, the brief was to restore rather than replace — keeping the fence's original profile while fixing years of weathering and a handful of damaged palings.

Replaced a small number of damaged palings to match the existing profile, sanded back and primed all timber, then applied two coats of a premium exterior finish for a uniform, refreshed result.
Maintenance Recommendation
